The Real Estate & Land Use Institute (RELUI) provides scholarships for real estate students and also offers access to scholarships offered by select organizations:

Applicants

The California State University's Real Estate Scholarship and Internship Grant (RESIG) program provides financial assistance for qualified economically disadvantaged students enrolled in real estate courses and other activities in real estate at campuses in the California State University (CSU) system. The California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) Scholarship Foundation was established in 1948. The C.A.R. Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships three times a year in the Winter, Spring and Fall of each year to students enrolled at a California College or University for professions which are centered on, or support a career in real estate transactional activity. Apply here

The Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) awards scholarships on an annual basis to promising students studying real estate at the undergraduate and graduate levels.Apply here

Retail & Commercial Real Estate:

The Schurgin Family Foundation Scholarship was established in 2008 to provide tuition assistance to undergraduate students who are studying retail real estate or a related field. Apply here

The Education Foundation of the CCIM Institute has been granting scholarships to deserving students and real estate professionals since 1988.  Scholarship programs are designed to encourage and assist professionals pursuing the CCIM designation and to promote high educational standards. Apply here 

Minority Students:

This scholarship is named in honor of George M. Brooker, CPM.  The purpose of the scholarship is to attract young people from underrepresented populations into the real estate management business and to create a more diverse workforce. Apply here

Women Interested in Commercial Real Estate:

The CREW Network Scholarship program is for women pursuing an education that will lead to a career in the commercial real estate industry, and offers an internship in brokerage to encourage women to consider this career choice. Apply here
