Dr. Zhenguo (Len) Lin
Dr. Zhenguo (Len) Lin is Professor of Finance at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). Prior to joining the faculty of CSUF, he was assistant professor and interim Robert W. Warren Chair of Real Estate at Mississippi State University from 2009 to 2011. Before academic career, he worked as Senior Economist at Fannie Mae, Washington DC for 7 years. Dr. Lin’s research is focused primarily on pricing illiquidity of thinly-traded assets, illiquidity and portfolio diversification, housing market dynamics, and others. Journals that have published his research include Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Portfolio Management, Journal of Housing Economics, and Journal of Real Estate Research. His research work has been cited by Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke in his speech at the Global Financial Literacy Summit on June 17, 2009 in Washington, DC, featured in Smart Money (the Wall Street Journal magazine), and quoted in both “National Affairs” and “REIT” magazines. Dr. Lin received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
